1. Coverage
All Heartnoks products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

2. What’s Covered
Material or workmanship flaws
Non-functioning components under normal use

3. What’s NOT Covered
Damage from:
➞ Accidents, misuse, or neglect
➞ Unauthorized repairs/modifications
➞ Exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures
Normal wear and tear

4. Claim Process
Contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect at support@heartnoks.com with:
Order number
Product photos/video
Description of the issue
We’ll provide a return label if covered.
After verification, we’ll repair/replace the item or issue store credit.

5. Important Notes
Warranty applies only to original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by us.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights (varies by country).
