We want you to love your Heartnoks juicer. Every order comes with a 30-day home trial - if it is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Home Trial
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping depends on the reason for the return (see below).
Return shipping - who pays
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Heartnoks covers return shipping. We will send a prepaid label and arrange the pickup.
- Change of mind (non-quality returns): you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Start a return - request authorization first (RMA)
Please contact support@heartnoks.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, a brief description, and - for defective or damaged items - a photo or short video. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization (RMA); unauthorized or refused deliveries may delay your refund or incur return-shipping and restocking costs.
Return condition
To be eligible, the item should be in good, returnable condition (used and tried is fine), cleaned, drained, and fully dry, and returned with its parts and original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack securely to avoid transit damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order on arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@heartnoks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. Once verified we will make it right - replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping - and you will not pay return shipping.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Contact us, or start a return for the original and place a new order.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, please use the return process above.
Not eligible for free return
Accessories and consumable or wear parts (auger or pressing screw, strainer or filter, seals, brushes) are not eligible for free return. Within the warranty period these are covered against manufacturing defects only; replacements can be purchased - email support@heartnoks.com.
After 30 days - warranty
After the trial, your juicer is covered by the Heartnoks limited warranty (3 years when you register, 1 year standard) against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page.
