Heartnoks 3-Year Warranty

Designed for what lasts.

Orders placed directly on heartnoks.com are automatically covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. No separate registration, order-number submission, or email form is required. Amazon purchases can activate the same 3-year coverage through the registration page; unregistered Amazon purchases retain the 1-year standard warranty. Coverage applies to normal household use in the United States.

Coverage

The 3-year limited warranty covers the motor and functional parts against defects in materials and workmanship. For heartnoks.com orders, coverage is active automatically. For registered Amazon orders, the same 3-year term runs from the original purchase date. The 30-day home trial is separate and follows the return policy.

Wear parts

Some components are consumable and wear with normal use — for example the auger (pressing screw), the strainer/filter, and seals. Within the warranty period these are covered against manufacturing defects, but not normal wear. Once they wear out, or after your warranty period ends, replacement wear parts can be purchased from us by emailing support@heartnoks.com.

How registration works

Orders placed on heartnoks.com require no form; keep the order confirmation as proof of purchase. Amazon customers can register at heartnoks.com/pages/contact using the purchase email and Amazon order number.

Making a claim

Email support@heartnoks.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a short description plus a photo or video of the issue. For a defective, damaged, or incorrect order, Heartnoks provides a prepaid return label. Change-of-mind returns require an RMA and customer-paid return shipping.

Eligibility & what's not covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to units bought from Heartnoks or an authorized seller; it is non-transferable, and we may require proof of purchase to validate a claim. It does not cover normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, drops, or failure to clean and maintain as described in the manual; damage from power surges, voltage problems, or extension cords; repair or modification by anyone other than Heartnoks or an authorized service partner; and any indirect or consequential loss, including food or product spoilage. Valid for products purchased and used in the United States.
