Where we ship

We currently ship within the continental United States (the lower 48 states) only.

Free shipping and rates

Orders over $89 ship free (standard). Estimated rates and delivery times:

  • Standard - free on orders over $89, otherwise $8.00 - 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express - $3.99 - 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Processing time

Orders are processed and ship within 24 hours or 1 business day (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships. Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed at dispatch (allow up to 24 hours for it to update).

Carrier

We ship with our preferred carriers and reserve the right to use a comparable carrier other than the one selected at checkout. We cannot ship to a customer personal carrier account.

Address changes and cancellations

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. For security, addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped, and we cannot redirect or hold a shipped package. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.

High-value packages

Packages above $750 may require a signature on delivery; for security we do not remove that requirement.

Refused or unauthorized returns

Returns authorized through our RMA process are not subject to a restocking fee. If a delivery is refused, or an item is returned without prior authorization, return-shipping costs and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact support@heartnoks.com promptly with your order number so we can investigate.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we confirm the next steps. This reporting request does not limit your 30-day home trial or applicable limited warranty coverage. We will help resolve the issue under our Refund and Return Policy.

Taxes

Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is needed, we will provide authorization and a designated return address. Do not send returns to our registered company address or the sender address on the original parcel.
