Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States (the lower 48 states) only.
Free shipping and rates
Orders over $89 ship free (standard). Estimated rates and delivery times:
- Standard - free on orders over $89, otherwise $8.00 - 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Express - $15.00 - 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Processing time
Orders are processed and ship within 24 hours or 1 business day (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships. Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed at dispatch (allow up to 24 hours for it to update).
Carrier
We ship with our preferred carriers and reserve the right to use a comparable carrier other than the one selected at checkout. We cannot ship to a customer personal carrier account.
Address changes and cancellations
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. For security, addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped, and we cannot redirect or hold a shipped package. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.
High-value packages
Packages above $750 may require a signature on delivery; for security we do not remove that requirement.
Refused or unauthorized returns
If a delivery is refused, or items are returned without a return authorization (RMA), return shipping and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@heartnoks.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos - we will make it right.
Taxes
Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
